The Alabama Citizens for Constitutional Reform Foundation of Madison County will conduct a town-hall forum, “The Alabama Constitution Amended AGAIN (Alabama’s Future in Chains),” on Sunday, October 16, from 2-3:30 p.m. at the main branch auditorium of the Huntsville Madison County Public Library. Our panel will discuss several proposed amendments on the November ballot and the underlying issues they address. Guest panelists will answer both moderator and audience questions.
